website is owned and operated by Mr. A.J.Moore T/A MasonicMEDIA based at We produce audio compact discs with organ music, recorded by us, for use in the Ceremonies of Freemasonry. All CDs are individually made at our premises using the best quality materials and tested to ensure excellent playing quality before despatch. Most orders are despatched the same day. If used according to the manufacturers specifications and recommendations a compact disc can last for literally decades. One sourceš quotes 100 years for archiving. Our CDs are copyright protected and digital copies of them cannot be made. Our CDs cannot be sent on approval and cannot be exchanged after they have been purchased from the web site, unless they are received in such a condition as to make them unplayable, in which case a replacement will be made as described below. The web site has full listings of each CD and there are audition facilities to listen to the sound of some tracks for identification purposes. We can be contacted by email from the site to answer any questions or give advice about a CD before it is purchased. It is, therefore, the responsibility of the customer to place a correct order.
All goods are sent out in secure packaging but CDs are not indestructible and can be damaged if roughly handled during transit. We will replace a faulty or damaged disc if it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt together with a copy of the original transaction document.
The shopper has the right to cancel within seven days of paying for the goods, or seven days after receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If the shopper cancels their order prior to the goods being dispatched, they will have their payment returned within 24hrs. If the shopper cancels their order after receipt of the goods, the refund will not be made available until the goods have been returned to Masonic Media at the address on the website, at the customers expense.
